Returns and exchanges
Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. Due to the nature of the product and to ensure the quality and integrity of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns at any time.

Changes and cancellations
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact info@sabiskincare.com with your order number within 24 hours.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.
Exchanges for defective or damaged Items
Damages
If you receive your product damaged, please contact us at info@sabiskincare.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. While we do not offer refunds for damaged products, we will exchange the item for you.
Once authorized, we will ask you to return the products to our office using a trackable shipping service. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
Shipping and Refunds for Returns
Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm receipt. Credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping Information
All orders placed on www.sabiskincare.com are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped directly from Montreal, Canada. Our products are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality, and we appreciate your patience!
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Once picked up for delivery, the tracking number can be used to follow up on your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard shipments are sent via Canada Post or UPS, with an estimated ground delivery time within North America of 2-7 business days once shipped. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
While Canada Post delivery times are typically reliable, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our carrier.
Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays and weekends. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your parcel.
Changes & Cancellations
Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous orders.
Lost Shipments
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address.
SABI SKINCARE is not liable for any lost product during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once proof of delivery is received.
However, if your package is lost, please contact us at info@sabiskincare.com, and we will do our best to assist in locating it.
If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or a safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact info@sabiskincare.com once your order has been placed.
Stockist Purchases
If you’ve purchased SABI SKINCARE products from an authorized stockist, please handle any returns or exchanges with them directly.
